The Castle Lager Premier Soccer League has found its storyline, and it’s impossible to ignore.

Ten games in, Hardrock FC are not just competing… they are believing. Sitting second with 21 points after a ruthless 6-1 statement win, the league debutants are beginning to look like something more than a surprise package.
They look real.
And Zimbabwean football has seen this movie before.
Last season, Scottland FC rewrote history by lifting the title in their first campaign. Now the question is louder than ever, can Hardrock do it again?
Standing in their way is CAPS United, still top on 22 points despite stumbling against Bulawayo Chiefs. They lead, but the grip is loosening.
Scottland, meanwhile, are chasing shadows. Under Norman Mapeza, the defending champions have yet to ignite. Even with Khama Billiat topping the scoring charts with six goals, they sit fourth, dangerous, but not dominant.
Then there’s Dynamos FC. Their first defeat of the season has halted the early hype, while Highlanders FC continue to drop points at the worst possible time.
This is no longer a predictable title race.
It’s a storm.
CAPS United are leading. Hardrock are rising. Scottland are lurking.
And if the first ten games are anything to go by, Zimbabwe might just be on the verge of witnessing another debutant fairytale.
