Johannesburg, South Africa – Public C Notice
The Zimbabwe Consulate in Johannesburg has announced an early closure on Monday, 20 April 2026, as part of internal operational arrangements affecting service delivery on the day.

According to the official notice issued on 17 April 2026, the Consulate will close at 10:00 hours on that Monday. However, to reduce disruption for clients, operations will begin early in the morning to accommodate those who require urgent consular services.
Members of the public who intend to visit the Consulate on that day are strongly advised to arrive as early as possible to avoid delays or missing services before closure.
Normal operating hours of 08:30 to 13:00 will resume on Tuesday, 21 April 2026, with services continuing as usual thereafter.

The Consulate has also reminded the public that it does not work with or authorise agents to act on its behalf. Clients are urged to deal directly with official channels to avoid fraud, misrepresentation, or unnecessary costs.
