Available Positions and Responsibilities
1. Internal Audit and Risk Manager – Head Office
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage internal audit and risk management activities.
- Strengthen internal control systems to ensure efficient and effective use of SRC resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Auditing, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional qualification in Risk Management (advantageous).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in internal audit or risk management.
- Membership to the Institute of Internal Auditors (advantageous).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills with high integrity.
2. Business Development Officer – Head Office
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and implement business opportunities, build partnerships, and secure sustainable deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development or marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
3. Finance Clerk – Head Office
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate records, reconcile transactions, and support financial functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CIS, CIMA, or ACCA (advantageous).
- At least 2 years’ experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of Pastel accounting software.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and interpersonal skills.
4. Personal Assistant to Business Development and Marketing Director – Head Office
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support, coordinate schedules, correspondence, and departmental activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Office Administration.
- Additional qualification in Marketing, PR, or Business Development (advantageous).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development or marketing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. General Hand-cum-Messenger – Head Office
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy working environment and perform general messenger duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 ‘O’ Levels.
- Office cleaning qualification (advantageous).
- Driver’s license (added advantage).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
